What's it for?
EADTrust’s natural person certificate is a digital certificate that allows citizens to identify and to sign electronically in online procedures. It is valid for four years.
EADTrust, as a Qualified Trusted Electronic Service Provider, can issue qualified certificates which give the electronic signature the same validity as the handwritten form.
It can be requested by anyone who needs to:
- Authenticate the identity of a user
Electronically, to third parties.
- Digitally sign documents or transactions
In such a way as to guarantee the integrity of the data transmitted and its origin.
- Encrypt data
So that only the recipient of the document can access its contents.
What documentation do I need?
DNI, NIE, NIF or passport in force.
How do I request it?
- Face-to-face identification
With appointment and after filling in the web application, you can go to the EADTrust offices located in Calle Alba 15, 28043 Madrid, with the documentation.

- Qualified signature
The Terms and Conditions contract is sent by email and the applicant and/or subscriber has to sign it with an advanced signature supported by a qualified certificate.

- Remotely (ZealiD)
Get your certificate quickly from anywhere. All you need is your smartphone, a computer, your ID card and your bank account number.
