What are electronic certificates?
Issued by Trust Service Providers, certificates are computer files that technically and legally guarantee the identity of a person in their transactions on the Internet.

REGULATION
These certificates are regulated by Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 and must comply with the requirements of Annex I.
VALIDITY
They have a presumption of legal validity, can’t be denied legal effect and are admissible as evidence in legal proceedings.
RECOGNITION
A qualified certificate issued in any of the Member States of the EU must be recognized and it is valid in the rest.
